This tiny, cozy and nice decorated apartment is located on Gafsky pereoulok, between Vladimirsky prospect and Fontanka embankment, one block away from Nevsky.
The area is in 10 min proximity to tourist places. It is ideally close to many good restaurants and the metro, as well as to a supermarket and a green market Kuznechny with fresh produce.
The entrance to the apartment is from the courtyard. The staircase is narrow but safe and cleaned. 3rd floor, no lift. The flat has views onto the courtyard and is extremely quite.
It has 35 sq. m. total, and consists of a small bedroom, a kitchenette and a TV area. It is ideal for 1 or 2 people. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath.
